What's happening with Facebook? The Mark Zuckerberg's platform experienced an outage on June 16th, around 1:00 pm, Mexico time.

According to reports, Facebook started experiencing difficulties around 12:30 pm, and half an hour later it was confirmed that the site was completely inactive.

It's important to note that most of the issues have been identified in the web version of Facebook, as some users can still browse the smartphone application.

Additionally, Whatsapp is also experiencing issues, allowing some users to only send simple messages, while files, photos, and audios are having trouble reaching recipients.

As a result, several users are "taking refuge" on Twitter, sharing various memes.
