A woman was shot while traveling in the back seat of a car on Libramiento Rosas Magallón.

According to reports, the attack occurred as she was being transported from Playas de Tijuana in a gray Chevrolet Aveo operating as a rideshare vehicle. During the journey, a white pickup truck repeatedly cut off the car and opened fire, targeting the passenger.

The driver of the car sped away to evade the pickup and eventually encountered a patrol unit, which provided assistance at a nearby gas station. The woman, identified as Tiffany, 23, originally from Oaxaca, sustained a head injury.

After receiving treatment from paramedics at the scene, she was taken to a hospital, while the vehicle’s driver gave a statement to authorities.
