On the morning of Tuesday, August 20, a human head was discovered inside a plastic trash bin in the East Zone of Tijuana.
The incident occurred at the corner of 13th Street and Las Fuentes Avenue in the Cañadas del Florido neighborhood.
Forensic Services and the State Attorney General’s Office were in charge of the scene to process the human head.
