Minutes after midnight, a human head was discovered placed on a perimeter fence at Home Depot, located on the Rápida Poniente thoroughfare near the Los Santos neighborhood in Tijuana.

Authorities were responsible for locating it.

According to unofficial information, the head was accompanied by a banner with threats apparently directed towards a public official.

Despite the municipal police conducting an operation in the area to apprehend the perpetrators, no individuals were reported detained.
