The man is accused of practicing medicine without a license
Records show that 43-year-old Dustin David Moore has been charged with aggravated assault and three counts of practicing medicine without a license or permission causing harm.
According to court documents, Moore is accused of performing aesthetic procedures to enlarge buttocks on at least three individuals 'creating subcutaneous granulomas made of silicone, instead of a substance to promote collagen growth as the victims believed.'
Moore is accused of injecting multiple syringes of unlabeled liquid into a woman, which caused an MRSA infection, according to court documents.
He also allegedly provided prescription drugs to an individual that were not properly prescribed and were delivered instead of coming from a pharmacy, claim the court documents.
Moore's bail was set at $50,000 for the aggravated assault charge and $30,000 for each charge of practicing medicine without a license or permission causing harm.
