The victim has been identified as Luis Alfredo Pacheco, known as "El Pikante", aged 34, who was tragically killed in a shooting incident that occurred Monday night in Houston, Texas. He was transported to a hospital where he unfortunately succumbed to gunshot wounds.

According to Houston Police Chief Adrián Rodríguez, they are seeking four suspects related to the incident. Surveillance footage shows four individuals armed with rifles arriving at the scene and opening fire without uttering a word.

As of now, one person injured in the incident remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Alfredo Pacheco, the President of the Chamber of Deputies, expressed his grief over the loss of his son through his X account.

"With great sorrow, I announce the unexpected passing of my son LUIS ALFREDO PACHECO ROJAS, who resided abroad. This incident is currently under investigation. I sincerely thank friends and colleagues for their solidarity in this difficult time," he stated.
