Undercover agents, posing as locals, entered the hospital before six in the morning and went straight to a room where leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad were hiding. After firing shots with silenced weapons, the agents left the hospital in a 10-minute operation.

This took place at Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin. Videos recorded by hospital security cameras showed the moment these disguised men found and shot at the location, leaving three people dead. The recordings circulated on social media, quickly going viral.

The footage shows the attackers subduing a man who was covering his head with his arms.

The Israeli military claims that militants were using the hospital as a hideout, without providing evidence. They stated that one of the targets of the assault had provided weapons and ammunition for an attack inspired by Hamas's October 7 attack in southern Israel, which triggered the Gaza war.
