Estadio Caliente will host three Liga de Expansión MX matches

The violence in Culiacán has ultimately impacted Dorados de Sinaloa, which will finish the year playing in Tijuana, the club announced in a statement.

The violence stems from ongoing armed clashes between factions of the Sinaloa Cartel. For the rest of the year, the Sinaloan team, part of the Liga de Expansión MX, has three remaining home games, all of which will be held at Estadio Caliente. Dorados will face Cancún FC, Atlético La Paz, and Alebrijes de Oaxaca at this venue.

Dorados de Sinaloa, once managed by Diego Armando Maradona and currently led by Uruguayan Washington Sebastián Abreu, will play against Atlético La Paz on Saturday, October 26, and Alebrijes de Oaxaca on November 2.

The previously postponed match between Dorados and Cancún FC is scheduled for October 29.
